How does the first training session work? First, we’ll talk about your complaints, daily routine, and goals. Then I’ll conduct simple tests to better assess your current movement patterns and muscle condition. Based on that, we’ll start with targeted exercises.

Do I need to be athletic or pain-free to start? No. My concept is designed to help you build up gently and safely – whether you haven’t exercised in a long time or are currently experiencing pain.

How much does personal training cost? That depends on how often and in what format you want to train. I’m happy to advise you personally and without obligation during the introductory session.

Will I train alone in the studio? Yes. You will always train one-on-one with me in the studio. No other people, no distractions – full focus on you and your health.

What equipment do we use in training? I work with carefully selected machines that are especially suitable for relieving back pain and promoting healthy posture. All exercises are individually tailored.

How long does a training session last? A session lasts 60 minutes. If needed, the duration can be adjusted individually.

How often should I train? That depends on your goals and starting point. In many cases, 1–2 sessions per week are enough to achieve noticeable progress.

What should I bring to training? Comfortable sportswear, clean trainers, and a towel – that’s all you need.
